Condor's High-Quality Modular Operator Plate Carrier, also known as MOPC, is made up of nylon material and is designed for a complete ballistic protection carrier (Ballistic plates/soft armor not included). This carrier is surrounded by MOLLE webbing to allow for modular attachments and personalization. With adjustability from the padded shoulder straps and cummerbund, it allows for a great fit.
